A Subtle Shift 4/13 to 5/31/24

Opening reception April 13th 5-7pm

Join us here @paolimercantile next Saturday, April 13th, from 5-7pm for the opening reception of A Subtle Shift.

This show is comprised of several small paintings by Ann Orlowski (@ann_orlowski) and several pieces of my (@juliewalser) jewelry inspired by her work.

Please stop by for a casual gathering, have a beverage, and meet the artists.

Ann is a featured artist of @abelcontemporary. Her Moon Room installation is on view in their gallery no. 5 through April 14th. Please go see her amazing work there while you can!

Saturday, May 13th, 2023 - Mothers Day in Paoli

Paoli Flower Market - bouquet crawl - Saturday, May 13th 11am while supplies last.

For $25 cash - walk around town with your mama - collect a flower stem from participating merchants and you’ll have a bouquet for her at the end. Proceeds will go to DAIS, Madison. Domestic Abuse Intervention Services. Start at the main entrance at Seven Acre Dairy.

PRM will host several artists …

1) Kathleen D’Angelo both Saturday 5/13 and Sunday 5/14. She’ll also be doing a Plein Air painting demonstration and selling her works. Weather permitting

2) Author, Anne Miller from New Glarus will be here from 1-3pm with her book, Simple Good.

3) Martha Fitzmier will introduce her new jewelry this weekend.

Madison Art Guild and Metalsmith & Friends, design challenge #1.

To help stay connected with each other even when we must be apart. A design challenge to motivate us in this difficult time and to remind ourselves how important and energizing it is to share with people who have smilier interests.

Each of us designed and make bracelet components in our own workspace then organizers connected everyone’s elements together.

Each bracelet is one of a kind and each of the participants will receive a bracelet.

There will be jewelry made by several of the participating artists, available for purchase.
